Since PACDI does not store or process user data (no data processing agreement under GDPR applies to this content), the statutory retention obligation for business documents under GoBD, § 147 AO, and § 14b UStG (generally 8 years for accounting documents) rests entirely and exclusively with the user. Dies ändert nichts an den oben genannten gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten des Nutzers.
PACDI Zeiterfassung und Quittung Generator sind als kostenlose Einstiegswerkzeuge für geringes bis mittleres Belegaufkommen konzipiert. Die Verantwortung für Nachweisführung und Aufbewahrung verbleibt — wie in Abschnitt 1b dargestellt — vollständig beim Nutzer, da PACDI keine Daten speichert oder verarbeitet.
Bei wachsendem Geschäftsumfang empfehlen wir den Wechsel zu einer GoBD-zertifizierten Buchhaltungssoftware (z. B. Lexware, sevDesk) oder die Beauftragung eines Steuerberaters / einer Steuerberaterin. Diese Lösungen speichern Daten auf eigenen, geprüften Systemen und teilen damit die Nachweispflicht technisch mit dem Anbieter — dies reduziert den Aufwand und die Beweislast des Nutzers erheblich. Eine reine Änderung des verwendeten Werkzeugs entbindet jedoch nicht von der persönlichen steuerlichen Verantwortung als Steuerpflichtiger.

PACDI provides digital documentation, productivity, and utility tools ("Tools"). The Tools are aids for creating documents, calculations, and content; they do not constitute professional, legal, tax, medical, or safety advice, and do not replace the judgment of a qualified professional.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into any Tool, and for verifying that any output (documents, calculations, certificates, cards) meets your legal, professional, or personal requirements before relying on it.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via our payment provider (Paddle). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period (see Section 8, Refund Policy).
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Tool at any time, with reasonable notice where practical for paid features.
All software, design, and content across PACDI Tools are protected under FSEK Registration No. 2026/18897 and applicable copyright law (see Section 6). You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Tools without written permission.
